1. About SusuBox

SusuBox ("we", "our", "the platform") is a digital rotating savings and credit association (ROSCA / "susu") platform. We help groups of trusted members contribute daily and receive payouts in turn.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and have completed our identity verification (KYC) process before joining a savings group.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information during signup and KYC. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent activity.

4. Contributions and payouts

Each group has a fixed daily contribution amount and a locked payout order. By joining a group, you commit to the full cycle. Payouts are processed by group admins in the published order. A platform fee may apply to priority payout requests.

5. Withdrawals

Wallet withdrawals are subject to admin review and your local mobile money provider's processing times. We reserve the right to delay or cancel a withdrawal if we suspect fraud or a violation of these terms.

6. Disputes

Disputes between group members should first be raised with the group admin. If unresolved, contact SusuBox support. We maintain a full audit log of all contributions, approvals, and payouts.

7. Limitation of liability

SusuBox is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by member default, mobile money provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect.
